Associate - Corporate Planning & Strategy / مسؤول – التخطيط المؤسسي والإستراتيجيات

JOB PURPOSE
To contribute to the process of developing and formulating end-to-end activities of OIA’s strategy, annual business plans and related progressing reporting in order to support the Authority’s business growth and stability.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop an investment strategy for OIA’s funds. This is done by reviewing the portfolio and making recommendations to reposition assets, rebalance portfolio, finalize growth and funding plans.
• Continuous analysis of the portfolio’s position against strategic plans such as growth & diversification, financial sustainability and economic impact.
• Develop OIA’s business plan by aggregating the business plans of all its holdings and make recommendations to the management to ensure alignment with strategic direction of the organization.
• Design effective models to ensure accurate preparation and timely analysis reports for OIA’s Corporate Planning & Strategy division.
• Forecast proceeds and uses of cash for the underlying portfolio companies and analyze the financial positions of those investments to make recommendations to optimize the portfolio’s value.
• Collecting various data & inputs for business plans monitoring systems to ensure compliance with the implementation of departmental policies and procedures within OIA and its companies, and that all relevant procedural and legislative requirements are fulfilled.
• Maintain the planning framework, tools and documentation to ensure alignment between all strategic planning processes across OIA group.
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘leading best practices’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement to ensure constant communication and alignment between OIA’s departments regarding the strategic objectives and business plans.
• Provide timely and accurate information to the external and internal auditors as and when required to ensure high standards of confidentiality.
• Comply with the implementation of departmental policies and procedures, to ensure that all relevant procedural and legislative requirements are fulfilled.
• Comply with all relevant health, safety, and quality requirements, in order to guarantee employee safety and legislative compliance.
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘leading best practices’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or any relevant field
Professional Qualifications
CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or CMA is preferable
Work Experience
At least 6-8- years of related experience

الغرض الوظيفي
المساهمة في عملية تطوير وصياغة الأنشطة المتكاملة لاستراتيجية جهاز الاستثمار العُماني (OIA)، وخطط الأعمال السنوية، والتقارير المرتبطة بمتابعة التقدم، بما يدعم نمو أعمال الجهاز واستدامته واستقراره.
الأدوار والمسؤوليات
• تطوير استراتيجية استثمارية لصناديق جهاز الاستثمار العُماني، وذلك من خلال مراجعة المحفظة الاستثمارية وتقديم التوصيات المتعلقة بإعادة تموضع الأصول، وإعادة موازنة المحفظة، واستكمال خطط النمو والتمويل.
• إجراء تحليل مستمر لوضع المحفظة مقارنةً بالخطط الاستراتيجية مثل النمو والتنويع والاستدامة المالية والأثر الاقتصادي.
• إعداد خطة أعمال جهاز الاستثمار العُماني من خلال تجميع خطط الأعمال الخاصة بجميع الشركات التابعة له، وتقديم التوصيات للإدارة لضمان توافقها مع التوجه الاستراتيجي للمؤسسة.
• تصميم نماذج فعّالة لضمان الإعداد الدقيق وإصدار تقارير التحليل في الوقت المناسب لدائرة التخطيط المؤسسي والاستراتيجية بالجهاز.
• إعداد توقعات المتحصلات والاستخدامات النقدية للشركات الاستثمارية التابعة للمحفظة، وتحليل المراكز المالية لهذه الاستثمارات، وتقديم التوصيات اللازمة لتعظيم قيمة المحفظة الاستثمارية.
• جمع مختلف البيانات والمدخلات الخاصة بأنظمة متابعة خطط الأعمال، لضمان الالتزام بتطبيق السياسات والإجراءات المعتمدة داخل جهاز الاستثمار العُماني وشركاته، والتأكد من استيفاء جميع المتطلبات الإجرائية والتشريعية ذات الصلة.
• المحافظة على إطار العمل والأدوات والوثائق الخاصة بالتخطيط، بما يضمن المواءمة بين جميع عمليات التخطيط الاستراتيجي عبر مجموعة جهاز الاستثمار العُماني.
• المساهمة في تحديد فرص التحسين المستمر للأنظمة والعمليات والممارسات، مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار أفضل الممارسات الرائدة، وتحسين إجراءات العمل، وخفض التكاليف، ورفع الإنتاجية، بما يضمن التواصل المستمر والمواءمة بين إدارات جهاز الاستثمار العُماني فيما يتعلق بالأهداف الاستراتيجية وخطط الأعمال.
• توفير المعلومات الدقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب للمدققين الداخليين والخارجيين عند الحاجة، بما يضمن المحافظة على أعلى معايير السرية.
• الالتزام بتطبيق السياسات والإجراءات المعتمدة بالقسم، لضمان استيفاء جميع المتطلبات الإجرائية والتشريعية ذات الصلة.
• الالتزام بجميع متطلبات الصحة والسلامة والجودة ذات الصلة، بما يضمن سلامة الموظفين والامتثال للتشريعات المعمول بها.
• المساهمة في تحديد فرص التحسين المستمر للأنظمة والعمليات والممارسات، مع مراعاة أفضل الممارسات الرائدة، وتحسين إجراءات العمل، وخفض التكاليف، ورفع مستوى الإنتاجية.
المؤهلات التعليمية
درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو الاقتصاد أو المحاسبة أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.
المؤهلات المهنية
يُفضل الحصول على إحدى الشهادات المهنية التالية: CA أو CPA أو ACCA أو CIMA أو CMA.
الخبرة العملية
خبرة لا تقل عن 6 إلى 8 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.
