Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesPerform routine laboratory tests such as hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, and serology as per physician orders.Collect, label, and process blood, urine, and other specimen samples following standard procedures.Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and analyzers.Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of test results in the laboratory system.Follow infection control and laboratory safety protocols at all times.Maintain quality control procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.Ensure proper storage and disposal of laboratory samples and biohazard materials.Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and inform management when stock is low.Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff regarding test results and urgent investigations.Participate in shift duties as required for 24×7 clinic operations.
