To design, deploy, and evolve the architecture of an analytics platform. Provide technical consultancy and lead the definition, implementation, and governance of analytics solution architecture and standards. Drive analytics strategy execution, roadmap delivery, and capability building to enable enterprise-wide data-driven decision-making.Education & Experience
1.    Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field 2.    Minimum 7+ years of experience in Data & Analytics, with a strong focus on Business Intelligence, self-service analytics, and advanced analytics 3.    Proven experience delivering at least two end-to-end analytics platform implementations (from architecture design through deployment and business adoption) 4.    Strong hands-on expertise in modern analytics and visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI / Microsoft Fabric, Tableau) and self-service BI ecosystems 5.    Solid experience in data architecture and data warehousing design, including dimensional modeling and building scalable cloud-based data platforms (e.g., lakehouse / warehouse architecture) 6.    Hands-on experience with cloud-based data and analytics platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure), including data storage, compute, integration, and analytics services (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Data Factory, Databricks) 7.    Strong understanding of data integration patterns and ETL/ELT frameworks within enterprise data ecosystems 8.    Working knowledge of advanced analytics and data science tools (e.g., Python, R), with the ability to collaborate effectively with data science teams 9.    Experience designing secure, scalable, and governed data architectures, including data access control, performance optimization, and data lifecycle management 10.    Good understanding of the analytics development lifecycle, including Agile methodology, DevOps practices, CI/CD, testing, and deployment in cloud environments 11.    Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic (architecture, roadmap, governance) and hands-on implementation levels 12.    Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively across technical and business audiences 13.    Experience in the Oil & Gas (E&P) domain is highly desirable, with understanding of upstream data and business processes.Main Responsibilities
Analytics Architecture•    Define, design, and own the end-to-end analytics platform architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business objectives •    Establish and enforce architecture principles, standards, and best practices across all analytics initiatives Analytics Solution Architecture & Design•    Translate business requirements into robust, scalable, and secure solution architectures •    Lead the design of data models, data pipelines, integration patterns, and reporting layers across the analytics ecosystem •    Ensure optimal and efficient use of platform capabilities Analytics Platform Strategy•    Define and evolve the analytics platform roadmap, aligned with IDD Digital and data strategy •    Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and architectural patterns to support analytics use cases Data Governance & Security by Design•    Embed data governance, data quality, security, and compliance requirements into all architectural designs •    Define and enforce standards for data access, lineage, metadata, and lifecycle management Self-Service Analytics•    Design and govern self-service analytics frameworks that balance business empowerment with control and standardization •    Define semantic layer strategies, reusable data assets, and data product concepts Technical Leadership & Oversight•    Act as the technical authority for analytics, providing architecture guidance and design assurance across initiatives •    Review and approve solution designs, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards Analytics Capability Building & Enablement•    Drive the development of analytics capabilities across the organization, promoting a data-driven culture and effective use of analytics tools•    Design and support training and enablement programs for business users, analysts, and technical teams •    Mentor and coach analytics developers, data engineers, and business users to improve overall analytics maturityDelivery Excellence•    Lead the delivery of analytics roadmap initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities, timelines, and expected value realization•    Ensure solutions are implemented in line with approved architecture, meeting performance, scalability, and reliability targets •    Promote and enforce best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, testing, and deployment Performance Optimization & Reliability•    Drive optimization of data pipelines, data models, and reporting performance •    Ensure high availability, resilience, and efficient resource utilization across the platform Enterprise Integration•    Define and govern integration of the analytics platform with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, operational systems, subsurface platforms) •    Ensure consistent and scalable data integration patterns across domains, enabling a unified and trusted data foundation Stakeholder Engagement & Business Alignment•    Partner with business stakeholders to ensure analytics solutions address key priorities and deliver measurable value •    Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, concise, and business-oriented manner Innovation & Continuous Improvement•    Stay current with emerging trends in data, analytics, and AI •    Continuously enhance the platform by introducing new capabilities, automation, and optimization opportunities
