<p>Main Roles &amp; Responsibilities&nbsp;</p>
<p>• Act as the primary liaison between business users, IT teams, and vendors for T24-related enhancements, change requests, and business discussions</p>
<p>• Conduct requirement gathering, functional analysis, and gap analysis for business demands across multiple T24 modules (e.g., Retail, Corporate, Payments, Treasury, Lending, etc.).</p>
<p>• Perform impact analysis of change requests, provide recommendations, and ensure alignment with business objectives.</p>
<p>• Collaborate with technical teams to provide techno-functional solutions (parameter changes, local developments, interfaces, etc.).</p>
<p>• Provide business justification for enhancements and support decision-making at governance forums such as SCAC.</p>
<p>• Ensure documentation of requirements, solution design, and testing in line with internal governance frameworks.</p>
<p>• Stay updated with T24 best practices, upgrades, and emerging technologies to recommend process improvements.</p>
<p>Principle Accountabilities</p>
<p>• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Banking &amp; Finance, or related field.</p>
<p>• 8+ years of experience in the banking/financial services industry, with at least 5 years of direct exposure to T24 core banking.</p>
<p>• Strong functional expertise in one or more T24 modules (AA, FT, MM, LD, Payments, Customer/Accounts, etc.).</p>
<p>• Solid understanding of banking operations and processes (Retail, Corporate, Payments, Treasury, Regulatory, Compliance).</p>
<p>• Proven ability to perform business analysis, documentation, and functional solutioning.</p>
<p>• Good technical understanding of T24 architecture (tables, OFS, versions, COB, APIs, interfaces, local developments).</p>
<p>• Hands-on experience in preparing Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and Impact Assessments.</p>
<p>• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, and production rollout activities.</p>
<p>• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.</p>
<p>• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.</p>

<p>Preferred Qualifications</p>
<p>• Experience in Temenos T24 upgrades, parameterization, and local development support.</p>
<p>• Prior experience in core banking transformation projects.</p>
<p>• Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMP, ITIL, or Temenos certification are a plus.</p>
