Associate Valuer

We are looking for a smart, motivated and professional Associate Valuer to join our team and support property valuation assignments across Oman.The role involves property inspections, market research, comparable analysis, data collection and preparation of accurate valuation reports.Key Responsibilities: Conduct property inspections and valuations across Oman.Research the property market and identify suitable comparable properties for valuation purposes.Collect, verify and analyze property and market data.Prepare valuation reports, pricing documents and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) where required.Estimate materials, time and costs for different types of properties.Analyze data to identify trends, patterns and potential property-related issues.Ensure valuation reports and recommendations comply with applicable guidelines and professional standards.Take clear and professional photographs of properties from relevant angles to support valuation reports.Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Economics.
