IT Specialist

The IT Specialist (Fresh Graduate) will support day-to-day IT operations, ensuring smooth functioning of hardware, software, and network systems across ARA Petroleum. This role is designed for a recent graduate seeking hands-on experience in a dynamic oil & gas environment.Key Responsibilities:- Provide first-line technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.- Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment (laptops, desktops, printers,and peripherals).- Support network connectivity, including LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN access.- Perform routine system updates, patches, and backups to ensure data security and system reliability.- Monitor IT systems and report any security vulnerabilities or performance issues.- Assist in managing user accounts, access rights, and IT policies compliance.- Maintain proper documentation of IT systems, configurations, and support activities.- Support IT projects such as system upgrades, deployments, and digital initiatives.- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.
