JOB PURPOSE To provide comprehensive support in administrative tasks, data analysis, and the execution of diverse cross-functional consulting projects, with a focus on leveraging expertise in relevant areas where applicable. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Participate in multiple cross functional projects at the same time within the Consulting Services department as per the predefined timelines and milestones. • Conduct assigned projects and internal processes as per the defined policies & procedures. • Update project assets, communications and related database. • Utilize data gathering tools and methods to analyze and gather data needed for project requirements. • Attend client meetings and record identified project actions/deliverables through taking minutes of meetings as required. • Coordinate logistics/preparations for client meetings/conferences. • Coordinate travel arrangements and related accommodation for project team and any other project related arrangements that are required. • Ensure to deliver project related tasks according to timeline and with high quality. • Provide support and basic reporting, proof reading, editing and slides preparation for the project consultant and project manager as appropriate. • Jointly with other consultants, prepare proposals and cost calculations for assigned projects. • Provide other day to day support to the project team as requested. SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Skills: • Effective presentation skills • Interpersonal skills and self-awareness • Self-Reliant Minimum Qualification/Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in HR or any relevant field along with a sound understanding and experience in HR principles and practices; Master’s Degree is an advantage. • 0-2 Years of Experience in at least one or more of the following areas: HR strategy, cultural change management, organizational development, Reward Management, HRIS , Talent Management and ER
