Financial Controller - مراقب مالي

Ensure that accounting transactions are booked accurately in accordance with professional Codes of Practice, Accounting Standards and Service Level Agreements.
Monitor month end and quarter end closing.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting principles and regulations.
Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.
Analyze changes and advise management on future courses of action.
Formulate long term financial strategies.
Assist the management in developing risk management strategies and cost reduction techniques.
Update the management on changes in legislation or regulations that may affect the company operations.
Ensure proper tracking of fixed assets.
Look after implementation and enhancement of financial systems.
Implement inventory Valuation Governance.
Prepare financial policies and procedures.
Create, implement and maintain internal financial controls procedures.
Maintain general ledger, reconciliation of accounts, budget account set-up/transfer and chart of accounts maintenance.
Carry out any other activities as and when required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or equivalent.
Professional qualifications in charter accountancy such as ACCA, CA, CPA is preferable.

Experience

8 years of experience in financial functions, including 2 years at managerial level in a similar function.

Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

• المساهمة في إعداد وتنفيذ الاستراتيجيات والخطط المالية طويلة المدى.
• دعم مبادرات إدارة المخاطر وتحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية وترشيد التكاليف.
• متابعة المستجدات التشريعية والتنظيمية وتقييم أثرها على أعمال الشركة.
• الإشراف على إدارة الأصول الثابتة وضمان دقة سجلاتها.
• قيادة تطوير وتحسين الأنظمة المالية وتعزيز كفاءتها التشغيلية.
• تطبيق ومتابعة ضوابط حوكمة تقييم وإدارة المخزون.
• إعداد وتطوير السياسات والإجراءات المالية والرقابية.
• تصميم وتطبيق ومراقبة أنظمة الرقابة الداخلية لضمان سلامة العمليات المالية.
• الإشراف على إدارة الأستاذ العام، وتسويات الحسابات، وصيانة دليل الحسابات، وإدارة الحسابات المرتبطة بالموازنات.
• القيام بأي مهام أو مسؤوليات أخرى ذات صلة بطبيعة العمل حسب توجيهات الإدارة.
المؤهلات العلمية

درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة أو ما يعادلها.
يفضل الحصول على مؤهل مهني في المحاسبة القانونية أو المهنية مثل ACCA أو CA أو CPA.

الخبرة العملية

خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في المجالات المالية، منها سنتان على الأقل في منصب إشرافي أو إداري ضمن وظيفة مماثلة.

مهارات تحليلية عالية ودقة في التعامل مع البيانات والتفاصيل.
مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والعرض والتقديم.
إجادة استخدام برنامج Microsoft Excel.
معرفة جيدة بالمبادئ المحاسبية والأنظمة والتشريعات المالية.
القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وضمن فريق العمل.
مهارات قيادية وإدارية تمكنه من قيادة الفرق وتحفيزها وتحقيق الأهداف.
