Head of Quality (Sohar Yard)

Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation of the Project Quality Management System (QMS) during fabrication of jackets and topsides.Oversee quality activities at Sohar Yard, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and fabrication requirements.Monitor EPC Contractors, Subcontractors, and Vendors to ensure effective quality management and timely resolution of quality issues.Coordinate with Welding, NDE, and Systems Completion teams to ensure inspection and quality records are aligned.Manage NCRs, technical deviations, corrective actions, and lessons learned throughout fabrication.Monitor quality performance, identify risks, and provide regular reports to Project Management.Collaborate with Site Management and Quality Teams to drive continuous quality improvement.Promote compliance with HSE requirements and participate in site safety initiatives.
