QA/QC Engineer – Interior Fit-Out

Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to join our interior fit-out contracting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all site activities meet the required quality standards and project specifications.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and ensure quality compliance for all interior fit-out works on siteConduct regular site inspections and prepare QA/QC reportsEnsure materials and workmanship meet project specifications and approved standardsCoordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to resolve quality issuesReview drawings, method statements, and material submittals for complianceMaintain proper documentation of inspections, approvals, and test reportsIdentify non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are implementedLiaise with consultants and clients on quality-related mattersEnsure all work is carried out as per approved shop drawings and specificationsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fieldMinimum 8 years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in interior fit-out projectsStrong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution standardsFamiliarity with QA/QC procedures, documentation, and reportingGood communication and coordination skillsAttention to detail and problem-solving abilityPreferred:Experience in handling high-end interior projectsKnowledge of local authority regulations and standards.
