Marketing Assistant

About the Role
Takamul National Company LLC is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing day-to-day campaigns and creating engaging digital content for our F&B brands. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about social media, content creation, and brand marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
Monitor social media trends and suggest creative content ideas.
Capture basic photos and videos using a mobile phone for daily content.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on marketing activities.
Schedule and publish social media posts.
Support promotional events, product launches, and brand activations.
Monitor engagement and prepare basic social media performance reports.
Assist with administrative tasks related to the marketing department.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic.
Good command of English.
Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and current social media trends.
Basic mobile photography and videography skills.
Knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is an advantage.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Eager to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
