🚀 Welcome to Your Next Adventure!We are looking for a CRM Specialist to support the execution, planning, and optimization of CRM communications for our Oman operations.This role will be responsible for managing local CRM campaigns across key channels such as push notifications, in-app messages, email, SMS, and WhatsApp. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working closely with local Operations, Commercial, Marketing, Product, and CRM teams to ensure users receive relevant, timely, and high-quality communications.This is a hands-on CRM role focused on campaign execution, automation, communication planning, local market support, and performance improvement. While deep technical expertise is not required, the candidate should be comfortable working with CRM tools, segmentation, basic data logic, and campaign QA processes.🛠 What You’ll Get Your Hands On:CRM Campaign ExecutionExecute local CRM campaigns for Oman across push notifications, in-app messages, email, SMS, WhatsApp, and other available channels.Manage ad-hoc communication requests from local teams, ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately and on time.Build, schedule, test, and launch campaigns based on approved briefs, target audiences, and business objectives.Ensure campaign content, targeting, timing, deep links, and user journeys are properly configured before launch.Support daily, weekly, and seasonal CRM communications for key business moments, campaigns, promotions, and local events.CRM Planning & CoordinationSupport the CRM calendar for Oman, ensuring communications are properly planned, prioritized, and aligned with local business needs.Work closely with local Operations, Commercial, Category, and Marketing teams to understand communication requirements and translate them into CRM campaigns.Help organize campaign requests, timelines, approvals, assets, copy, segmentation, and launch dates.Ensure CRM communications are not overlapping excessively and that users receive a balanced communication experience.Contribute to local CRM planning for key moments such as Ramadan, Eid, National Day, paydays, weekends, seasonal campaigns, and commercial priorities.Automation & Lifecycle SupportSupport the creation and maintenance of automated CRM journeys, lifecycle campaigns, and recurring communication flows.Assist in building automated campaigns for onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation, cart abandonment, category growth, and customer engagement.Monitor live automations to ensure they are working correctly and escalate issues when needed.Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through better campaign templates, recurring workflows, and automation logic.Support CRM personalization using basic user attributes, events, segments, and behavioral triggers.Segmentation & TargetingBuild and validate user segments based on customer behavior, location, lifecycle stage, purchase history, engagement, and campaign objectives.Ensure each campaign is sent to the correct audience and excludes users when needed.Support personalized communications based on user behavior, preferences, language, market, and customer journey stage.Work with CRM, BI, or Data teams when more advanced targeting or customer lists are required.Maintain strong attention to detail when handling audience logic, filters, exclusions, and control groups.Content, Localization & QACoordinate with copywriters, designers, translators, and local stakeholders to ensure campaign content is accurate and market-relevant.Review English and Arabic CRM copy to ensure clarity, relevance, tone, and consistency with the campaign objective.Perform QA before launch, including copy, images, links, deep links, segmentation, timing, personalization, and user experience.Ensure all campaigns follow brand guidelines, channel best practices, and internal approval processes.Help maintain reusable CRM templates and campaign formats to improve speed and consistency.Performance Tracking & OptimizationMonitor campaign performance across key CRM metrics such as open rate, click rate, conversion rate, revenue, orders, engagement, and unsubscribe rate.Prepare simple campaign performance summaries and share learnings with relevant stakeholders.Identify what is working, what is not working, and where campaigns can be improved.Support A/B testing for copy, timing, audience, offers, channels, and creative formats.Use performance insights to improve future CRM planning, targeting, and communication quality.Stakeholder ManagementAct as the CRM point of contact for local Oman communication needs.Collect, clarify, and organize campaign requests from different teams.Push back when needed to protect user experience, avoid overcommunication, or improve campaign quality.Maintain clear communication with internal teams regarding campaign timelines, requirements, blockers, and launch status.Build strong working relationships with local and regional teams.🧙‍♂️ The Magic You BringExperience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, campaign management, digital marketing, or a similar role.Experience executing campaigns through CRM, marketing automation, or customer engagement platforms.Strong understanding of CRM channels such as push notifications, email, SMS, WhatsApp, and in-app messaging.Good understanding of segmentation, targeting, campaign calendars, customer journeys, and lifecycle communications.Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Commercial, Product, BI, and Design teams.Good analytical mindset and ability to understand basic campaign performance metrics.Arabic language skills are highly preferred, especially for local market communication and QA.Experience with CRM platforms such as Braze, MoEngage, CleverTap, Iterable, or similar tools.Basic understanding of user attributes,
