Duties and Responsibilities:

Teach relevant coursework in the maritime
department and supervising graduation projects and academic advising
dissertations.
Advise, evaluate, and mentor student
academic progress as appropriate.
Provide support, constructive feedback,
and academic advising to students.
Participate in the review of modules and
programmes and in quality assurance as required.
Act as or assist senior faculty members
with academic advising sessions.
Assist with the marking of assessments
and examinations as required.
Assist senior faculty in maintaining
and/or creating standard operating procedures for laboratory/workshop
equipment, as required.
Assist in the facilitation of routine
maintenance of laboratory/workshop equipment.
Support senior faculty in identifying
departmental needs for the acquisition of new laboratory equipment.
Supervise and mentor students in
final-year projects.
Participate and support senior faculty in
their research activities.
Provide high-quality undergraduate
supervision
