Site Civil Engineer

Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesSupervise and monitor all construction activities on site in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.Coordinate daily site activities with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.Ensure that construction works are executed according to the approved schedule and project milestones.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and submit them to the Project Manager.Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment utilization to ensure efficient site operations.Review drawings and technical documents and resolve site-related engineering issues.Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.Prepare material requests and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials.Measure completed works and assist in the preparation of progress claims and invoices.Monitor and enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements on site.Coordinate with consultants and clients during inspections and site meetings.Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues and propose corrective actions.Ensure proper documentation and maintain site records, reports, and correspondence.Support the Project Manager in achieving project objectives related to cost, time, quality, and safety.
