Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end interior design process from concept to execution, ensuring creative vision aligns with client objectives and budgetary constraints throughout every project phase.Collaborate with architects, engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of interior elements within the overall building framework.Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, gather spatial measurements, and ensure all design solutions comply with safety regulations and building codes.Review and Approve technical drawings including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, and FF&E schedules, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.Manage interior design budgets, review BOQs and tender packages, and apply value engineering to optimize costs without compromising design quality.Supervise and mentor junior designers, delegate tasks effectively, and support their professional growth in line with the consultancy's design standards.
