trainer /Assessor HSE

<p><strong><ins>Key Responsibilities :</ins></strong></p>
<p>Plan, coordinate, and deliver the Unified HSE Passport training program, including all mandatory and role-specific modules, ensuring learners clearly understand assessment requirements throughout the program.</p>
<p>Provide continuous guidance and support to candidates during the assessment process to ensure successful completion.</p>
<p>Maintain accurate, organized, and accessible records of learner performance and assessments for internal and external Quality Assurance reviews.</p>
<p>Establish and communicate a clear and effective learner appeals process in line with training standards.</p>
<p>Monitor learner progress against defined learning outcomes and implement appropriate corrective or remedial actions where required.</p>
<p><strong><ins>Qualifications :</ins></strong></p>
<p>Bachelor’s Degree in Health, Safety &amp; Environment (HSE) or related field. Experience</p>
<p>Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HSE.</p>
<p>Must be approved by MOHERI as a trainer.</p>
<p>Certified by OPAL / PDO as HSE Level 1 Trainer (Level 2 preferred).</p>
<p><strong><ins>Languages :</ins></strong></p>
<p>Proficiency in Arabic and English Urdu is preferred&nbsp;</p>
