Research Assistant

Project Description: Applications are invited from motivated postgraduate student for the position of Research Assistant under a MOE-funded research project. The project focuses on interdisciplinary research integrating advanced computational methods, data-driven analysis, and applied research aligned with national priorities.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct data collection, processing, and analytical tasks
• Support research design, experimentation, and validation activities
• Perform literature reviews and contribute to technical and academic writing
• Assist in preparation of project reports, journal publication, and conference paper.
• Participate in fieldwork, system development, or spatial analysis (as applicable)
Required Skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent research writing and documentation abilities
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a multidisciplinary research team
Desirable Skills
• Experience with programming, data analytics, GIS/remote sensing, or modelling tools
• Prior involvement in academic or funded research projects
