Assistant Manager – Finance

The Assistant Manager – Finance is
responsible for overseeing day-to-day banking operations, managing financial
transactions, supporting payroll processes, and ensuring efficient handling of
cash flows and financial controls. The role also provides overall assistance to
the Finance Manager in maintaining smooth financial operations and compliance.​Banking & Treasury OperationsHandle all
banking activities, including domestic and international bank transfersManage
international fund transfers and ensure compliance with banking regulationsMonitor bank
balances and maintain adequate liquidity across accountsOversee and
execute internal fund transfers between accountsTrade FinanceManage opening
and handling of Letters of Credit (LCs)Process and
administer Bank Guarantees (BGs)Payroll & PaymentsOversee salary
processing and ensure timely payroll transfersHandle all
payroll-related bank transactionsSupervise petty
cash management, approvals, and disbursementsMonitor and
approve cash payments and vouchersFinancial Monitoring & ControlsTrack and
reconcile bank balances regularlyEnsure accuracy
and timeliness of financial transactionsMaintain proper
documentation and audit trails for all paymentsSupport to Finance ManagerProvide overall
assistance in financial planning and executionSupport in
managing financial matters, reporting, and complianceAssist in
implementing financial policies and internal controls ​RequirementsQualifications & SkillsBachelor’s
degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CA/ACCA preferred)3–6 years of
experience in finance or treasury operationsStrong
understanding of banking, payroll, and financial processesKnowledge of LC,
BG, and international banking proceduresGood analytical
and problem-solving skillsProficiency in
accounting software and MS ExcelHigh attention
to detail and accuracyWorking Relationships​Internal:
