Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a hands-on Systems Manager with strong experience in managing enterprise applications, databases, and legacy systems in a project-driven environment (preferably construction/infrastructure). The role involves ensuring seamless system operations, supporting business-critical applications, and working closely with cross-functional teams including finance, procurement, and site operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and support enterprise systems and applications across the organizationOversee ERP systems and ensure alignment with project workflows (procurement, inventory, costing)Handle database management (Oracle / MS SQL Server) and ensure data integrityProvide hands-on support for legacy systems (VB6, Oracle Forms/D2K, Crystal Reports)Develop and manage reports and dashboards using BI tools (Power BI, etc.)Troubleshoot and resolve critical system issues impacting business operations or project sitesCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, Procurement, Site Teams) to drive system adoptionEnsure system performance, security, and scalabilityLead a small team and manage vendors where required
