<p>• Operate optical fiber cable manufacturing machines under supervision</p>
<p>• Assist in machine setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting</p>
<p>• Follow production instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures</p>
<p>• Support manufacturing processes such as colouring, buffering, stranding, armouring, and sheathing</p>
<p>• Monitor machine performance and report defects, breakdowns, or downtime</p>
<p>• Prepare product labels and complete production shift reports</p>
<p>• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily targets</p>
