Internship Opportunity - QHSSE

Responsibility:The QHSSE Intern will support the department under the supervision of the QHSSE team and may be assigned the following responsibilities:• Assist in compiling, reviewing, and maintaining QHSSE records, reports, and databases.• Support preparation of monthly QHSSE performance reports, KPI dashboards, and trend analysis.• Assist in contractor performance monitoring and tracking of corrective actions.• Support management of action tracking systems and follow-up of audit and inspection findings.• Participate in QHSSE inspections, audits, and field visits as directed.• Assist with data collection and analysis related to incidents, observations, near misses, and safety campaigns.• Support preparation and delivery of QHSSE awareness campaigns, training sessions, and workforce engagement activities.• Assist in document control activities including procedures, work instructions, forms, and management system documentation.• Support contractor onboarding and compliance verification activities.• Assist with preparation of presentations, statistics, and management reports.• Perform other QHSSE-related administrative and technical tasks assigned by the department.
