To lead the Data & Analytics Center of Excellence, enabling data-driven decision-making through robust data governance, advanced analytics, and scalable data platforms that support business performance and innovation.This role is essential in establishing enterprise-wide data standards, promoting data literacy, and delivering actionable insights aligned with the 2040 vision.Education & Experience
•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. •    Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in Data & Analytics, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing enterprise-wide data functions. •    Proven experience leading enterprise data transformation initiatives across data platforms, governance, quality, management, and analytics enablement. •    Strong experience designing and managing modern data platforms and architectures (Cloud, Data Lake, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse). •    Hands-on experience with enterprise data governance frameworks, data quality management, metadata/catalog solutions, and master data management (MDM). •    Strong understanding of data compliance, privacy, risk, and regulatory requirements. •    Experience establishing and leading Data Centers of Excellence (CoE) and driving enterprise data operating models. •    Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and align data initiatives with business strategy and organizational priorities. •    Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional and multidisciplinary data teams. •    Excellent understanding of modern analytics, AI/ML enablement, and data product management practices. •    Strong technical knowledge of SQL, Python, cloud ecosystems (Azure/AWS/GCP), and enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Informatica, Collibra, or similar technologies. •    Relevant professional certifications in cloud, data management, governance, or analytics are highly desirable. Main Responsibilities
•    Define and lead the enterprise Data & Analytics strategy, roadmap, and operating model aligned with business objectives. •    Establish and govern enterprise-wide data management, governance, quality, and compliance frameworks, policies, standards, and best practices. •    Lead and oversee enterprise data platform capabilities ensuring scalability, security, reliability, and performance. •    Drive enterprise data quality initiatives, including data stewardship, monitoring, issue remediation, and continuous improvement programs. •    Establish and manage enterprise metadata management, data catalog, lineage, and master/reference data practices. •    Lead the development and adoption of enterprise data products to support analytics, AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives. •    Build and promote a strong data-driven culture by driving enterprise data literacy and analytics adoption programs. •    Establish and lead the Data Center of Excellence (CoE) to standardize methodologies, tools, governance, and delivery practices across the organization. •    Partner with business and technology leaders to prioritize data initiatives and maximize business value realization. •    Ensure compliance with regulatory, privacy, security, and risk management requirements related to enterprise data assets. •    Oversee enterprise BI, reporting, and advanced analytics capabilities to support strategic and operational decision-making. •    Lead vendor engagement, technology evaluation, and innovation initiatives across the data ecosystem. •    Drive continuous improvement and modernization of data capabilities, architecture, and operating processes. •    Develop KPIs and performance measures to monitor data maturity, quality, governance effectiveness, and value delivery.
