General Dental Practitioners (GDPs) – Commission-Based Opportunities at Oman Dental College (ODC)
Oman Dental College is pleased to invite applications from motivated and patient-focused General Dental Practitioners (GDPs) to join our clinical team on a commission-based arrangement which shall provide on-the-job training and experience.
Experience & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry (BDS or equivalent)
• Graduate of Oman Dental College (ODC)
• Strong academic background and interest in clinical dentistry
• Background in academic research
• Exposure to Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery (OMFS) training is essential
• Good communication and patient management skills
Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive general dental care and treatment
• Diagnose and develop treatment plans for patients
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
• Ensure compliance with infection control and clinical protocols
• Work collaboratively within the clinical team
• Uphold professional, ethical, and patient-centered care standards
