Senior Accounting & Audit Professional – Contract

HAL Consulting is looking for a qualified CA / ACCA / CMA with 5–6+ years of relevant experience for a 6-month contract assignment in Muscat, Oman.The professional will support the client with financial close, IFRS-based financial reporting, audit coordination and audit closure.Key Responsibilities & Requirements:Manage/support books closing and financial close in an ERP environment.Prepare/review financial statements in accordance with IFRS.Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations and supporting documentation.Coordinate with external auditors and respond to audit queries.Support timely resolution and closure of audit matters.Work independently and effectively with finance and audit teams.Oman/GCC experience will be an advantage.Qualification: CA / ACCA / CMA Experience: 5–6+ years Availability: Immediate Compensation: Fixed monthly pay + VisaPreferred Skills: Financial Accounting · Financial Reporting · IFRS · ERP · Month-End Closing · Year-End Closing · Audit Coordination · Audit Support · ReconciliationsImportant: Since this is a contract role, I would put “Immediate Availability” prominently in the job description and, if LinkedIn allows it, add it as a screening question: “Are you available to join immediately?”
