The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare/clinical data environments and large-scale database management.Key RequirementsDeep knowledge of regulatory requirements related to privacy, confidentiality, and security of patient healthcare and clinical dataExperience managing databases on Linux & MS-Windows operating systemsSound experience in large-scale data movement, migration, and rollout — including online and offline data movementsProven experience in administration of Very Large Databases (VLDB)Solid expertise in Database Tuning, Application Tuning, Storage & Space Management, User & Security Management, Profile, and Resource ManagementHands-on experience with active-passive clustering technologies including Windows ClusterServer, Oracle Failsafe, RedHat Cluster Manager, and Oracle Cluster One-Node
