Job Title: Cost Accountant / Costing Officer – Poultry Division المسمى الوظيفي: محاسب تكاليف / مسؤول التكاليف – قسم الدواجن
Job Purpose: To monitor, analyze, and control the cost of poultry production by ensuring accurate costing of feed, breeding, processing, inventory, and distribution, while supporting management with financial insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency. الغرض من الوظيفة: مراقبة وتحليل وضبط تكاليف إنتاج الدواجن من خلال ضمان دقة احتساب تكاليف الأعلاف، التربية، التصنيع، المخزون والتوزيع، مع دعم الإدارة بالتحليلات المالية لتعزيز الربحية والكفاءة التشغيلية.
Key Responsibilities / المسؤوليات الرئيسية
Prepare and maintain product-wise cost sheets for Day Old Chicks (DOC), live birds, processed chicken, and by-products. إعداد وحفظ جداول التكاليف لكل منتج مثل الكتاكيت عمر يوم، الدواجن الحية، الدجاج المجهز والمنتجات الثانوية.
Monitor farm production costs including feed consumption, medicine, labor, utilities, and mortality losses. متابعة تكاليف الإنتاج بالمزارع بما يشمل استهلاك الأعلاف، الأدوية، العمالة، الخدمات والخسائر الناتجة عن النفوق.
Analyze cost variances between standard cost and actual cost and report significant differences. تحليل الفروقات بين التكاليف المعيارية والفعلية ورفع تقارير بالفروقات الجوهرية.
Coordinate with production, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory valuation. التنسيق مع فرق الإنتاج والمشتريات والمخازن لضمان التقييم الدقيق للمخزون.
Calculate cost per bird / per kilogram / each SKU for management reporting. احتساب تكلفة الطائر / الكيلوغرام / كل وحدة SKU لأغراض التقارير الإدارية.
Review feed conversion ratios (FCR) and other operational indicators affecting production cost. مراجعة نسب تحويل الأعلاف (FCR) والمؤشرات التشغيلية الأخرى المؤثرة على تكلفة الإنتاج.
Ensure proper accounting of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods. ضمان التسجيل المحاسبي السليم للمواد الخام ومواد التعبئة والمنتجات النهائية.
Conduct periodic stock verification at farms, hatcheries, and cold stores. إجراء جرد دوري للمخزون في المزارع والمفاقس والمخازن المبردة.
Prepare monthly costing reports and margin analysis for senior management. إعداد تقارير شهرية عن التكاليف وتحليل الهوامش للإدارة العليا.
Preparing budgeting and forecasting for poultry operations. إعداد الموازنات والتوقعات التشغيلية لعمليات الدواجن.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement. تحديد فرص خفض التكاليف وتحسين العمليات.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Oman financial regulations. ضمان الالتزام بسياسات الشركة واللوائح المالية في سلطنة عمان.
Required Qualifications / المؤهلات المطلوبة
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Cost Management بكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو إدارة التكاليف
Professional qualification such as CMA / ACCA is an advantage مؤهل مهني مثل CMA / ACCA يعتبر ميزة إضافية
3–7 years of costing experience, preferably in poultry, food production, or manufacturing industry خبرة من 3 إلى 7 سنوات في مجال التكاليف، ويفضل في صناعة الدواجن أو الأغذية أو الصناعات التحويلية
Required Skills / المهارات المطلوبة
Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles معرفة قوية بمبادئ محاسبة التكاليف
Experience in ERP systems خبرة في أنظمة تخطيط الموارد المؤسسية (ERP)
Advanced Excel skills مهارات متقدمة في برنامج إكسل
Good analytical and reporting skills مهارات تحليلية وإعداد تقارير جيدة
Understanding of inventory control فهم لإدارة وضبط المخزون
Strong attention to detail اهتمام كبير بالتفاصيل
Ability to work with cross-functional teams القدرة على العمل مع فرق متعددة التخصصات
Preferred Industry Experience / الخبرة المفضلة في القطاع
