Assistant Relationship Manager – Liabilities (UAE)

<p fr-original-style="" style="font-size: 14px;">Job Purpose</p><ul id="isPasted" fr-original-style="" style="font-size: 14px;"><li>To contribute to the growth of Transaction Banking (mainly Liability) business of the bank.</li><li>Origination of new to the bank liability customers and portfolio management of the existing client base.</li><li>Client life cycle management including onboarding, servicing, due diligence, KYCs etc.</li></ul><p fr-original-style="" style="font-size: 14px;"><br></p><p fr-original-style="" style="font-size: 14px;">Key Tasks and Duties</p><ul id="isPasted" fr-original-style="" style="font-size: 14px;"><li>Sustainable business growth within transaction banking / liability customer segment</li><li>CASA and Term deposit growth with optimal deposit mix to improve cost of funds</li><li>Ancillary business growth (Cash, trade &amp; FX business)</li><li>Target Cross Border investment flows within Oman-UAE business corridor</li><li>To assist with customer on-boarding, client and correspondence handling, KYC &amp; REKYC, CIB on boarding and resolving CIB issues, handling compliance queries, assist in client FX rates discussion, negotiation with clients on deposit rate, dormant activations, signature/name/ownership changes handling, support on &nbsp;CBUAE &amp; various Audit queries, business pipeline management, support on various MIS matters</li><li>Client Onboarding process</li><li>Perform KYC/REKYC documentation in coordination with clients and submission to operations and support closure of compliance queries if any.</li><li>Assist in alerts/transaction monitoring, review and take appropriate action, as per the transaction monitoring procedure and identify and update any anomalies.</li><li>Perform quality assurance/compliance monitoring reviews on business functions for NBO UAE.</li><li>Ongoing gap analysis of cash management product proposition vis-à-vis market</li></ul>
