INMA Fresh Graduate ProgramINMA is OETC’s a Fresh Graduate Program, designed to attract, nurture, and develop talented Omani graduates through a learning journey that combines technical training, hands-on experience, mentorship, and professional development. The program provides participants with practical exposure to the electricity transmission industry, enabling them to build the skills, knowledge, and competencies required to contribute effectively to OETC’s mission and the future of Oman’s energy sector.General Objectives:Develop a sustainable pipeline of skilled Omani talent to support the growth and long-term sustainability of the electricity transmission sector.Equip fresh graduates with the technical expertise, practical skills, and industry knowledge required for key transmission functions, including network planning, system operations, maintenance, asset management, protection, telecommunications, and engineering support.Provide structured on-the-job training and hands-on exposure to high-voltage transmission systems, substations, grid operations, SCADA systems, and the Load Dispatch Centre (LDC).Enhance participants’ understanding of power system reliability, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, and industry best practices.Develop practical knowledge of real-time grid monitoring and control, outage management, system restoration, and emergency response processes.Encourage innovation, digital transformation, and continuous improvement through exposure to modern technologies and smart grid solutions.Prepare graduates for future technical and leadership roles that contribute to the reliability, resilience, and sustainable development of Oman’s transmission network.Support OETC’s strategic objectives by strengthening national capabilities and ensuring the secure, efficient, and reliable transmission of electricity across the Sultanate of Oman.
