Digital Transformation Specialist

<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<p>• Leads organizations through technology-driven changes to improve business processes, customer experience, and operational efficiency</p>
<p>• Evaluate current business processes to identify areas for digital enhancement and develop comprehensive digital strategies.</p>
<p>• Drive organizational adoption of new systems through training, support, and cultural change management.</p>
<p>• Define KPIs to measure the ROI and success of digital initiatives.</p>
<p>• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure new digital solutions integrate seamlessly with existing infrastructure.</p>
<p>• Experience in business process re-engineering and digital strategy</p>
<p>• Analyze existing workflows, identify automation and digital opportunities, and manage the implementation of new tools (cloud, AI, data analytics) to drive innovation and competitive advantage.</p>
<p>• Delivering a Unified ERP Platform Business Functions (Finance, Sales and Distribution, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects, HR, Health, Safety Management Treasury, and Analytic Dashboard and Planning.</p>
<p>• Managing technology principles and system Integrator Infrastructure, Security and Application Support Contracts, Monitoring System business continuity and availability, SLA, etc.</p>
<p>• Provide strategic, technical, and commercial insights to support organization's strategic oversight and the Key Focus Area (Budget Optimization, Cloud Journey, Application &amp; Infrastructure Rationalization), Contracts Management, Digital Transformation, and Enterprise Architecture</p>
<p>Required Skills:</p>
<p> Knowledge of cloud computing (AWS, Azure), data analytics (SQL, Python), and automation tools.</p>
<p> Ability to lead complex projects, manage budgets, and oversee implementation roadmaps.</p>
<p> Ability to map business problems to digital solutions.</p>
<p> Strong interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders and drive change.</p>
<p> Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles.</p>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<p>• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics or relevant disciplines</p>
<p>• Expertise in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.</p>
<p>Experience:</p>
<p>• The candidate should have 20 year’s experience in IT and Digital Transformation in that at least 5 years relevant experience in oil &amp; gas industry.</p>
