Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesSkills & CompetenciesProven experience leading large-scale, complex business transformation initiatives from strategy formulation through execution, with a focus on enterprise-wide transformation across people, processes, operating structures, and organisational culture (excluding purely IT or digital transformation).Ability to act as a credible senior advisor and strategic partner to leadership teams, influencing decision-making at the highest levels while maintaining strong ownership and accountability for execution and outcomes.Demonstrated track record of delivering enterprise transformation programs, including operating model redesign, organisational restructuring, process optimisation, and performance improvement initiatives.Strong understanding of the structural and operational complexities of diversified conglomerates, including experience managing matrix organisations, multiple business units/P&Ls, and diverse stakeholder priorities.Strong commercial orientation with the ability to link transformation initiatives to measurable business outcomes, operational improvements, and financial value creation.
