Senior Cybersecurity Maturity Assessment Lead (CMMI, C2M2, NIST)
Lead the enhancement of cybersecurity maturity assessment frameworks and methodologies aligned with C2M2, NIST standards, and CMMI best practices. Responsible for developing maturity assessment models, governance frameworks, scoring methodologies, evidence requirements, and improvement roadmaps. The role will oversee cybersecurity maturity assessments, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and provide strategic advisory support to cybersecurity leadership.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
10+ years of cybersecurity governance, risk, compliance, or maturity assessment experience.
Strong knowledge of C2M2, NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-53/800-171, and CMMI frameworks.
Experience in cybersecurity assessments, governance frameworks, and capability maturity models.
Relevant certifications preferred (CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, or equivalent)
