Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesMonitor and oversee day-to-day operations of the Ammonia Plant to ensure safe, stable, and efficient production. Coordinate with the Maintenance team for troubleshooting, shutdowns, and breakdown management. Support the Head Production in operational planning and routine plant activities. Ensure adherence to operational procedures, safety standards, and process compliance. Monitor plant performance parameters and recommend operational improvements. Participate in plant startup, shutdown, and process optimization activities. Maintain operational records and prepare shift/production reports as required. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
