A commitment to continuous learning and professional development will empower you to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.Responsibility & ScopeDesign, implement, and manage IT infrastructure and systems to ensure optimal performance and securityTroubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues across various platformsMonitor system performance and perform regular updates to maintain efficiencyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and develop solutionsProvide user support and training for new technologies and software applicationsConduct regular system backups and verify data integrity to prevent data lossDevelop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practicesManage network security measures to protect sensitive information and systemsStay current with emerging technologies and trends in IT to recommend improvements and innovationsAssist in planning and overseeing IT projects, including budgeting and resource allocationMaintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and user manualsEvaluate and recommend new hardware and software to enhance organizational capabilitiesEnsure compliance with industry regulations and company policies regarding data handling and securityParticipate in on-call support and troubleshooting as needed to maintain system uptimeCollaborate with vendors and service providers for purchasing and maintenance of IT assetsRequirementsIn-depth knowledge of Compute, Storage, and Virtualization solutions. Strong understanding of datacenter infrastructure, enterprise software, cloud platforms, and AI-driven solutions. Certifications in Dell/HPE/Lenovo, NetApp/Dell-EMC, VMware, Nutanix, Microsoft, Oracle, Veeam, Citrix, NVIDIA, Cloudera are preferred.Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for implemented solutionsProvide training and technical resources to internal teams and customersAct as a customer advocate, focusing on their security requirements and staying updated on Compute, Storage, AI and Cloud trendsEnsure proposed solutions align with the latest server, storage, security and networking best practicesSkills & CompetenciesCompute, storage & virtualization
