Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesProvide Front End Engineering and Project Implementation Support for the in-house developed or licensed processes for commercialization and business growth.Develop project and investment proposals.Provide technical support to already developed processes for smooth running of plant covering quality, environment, health & safety aspects.Commercialization of developed processes of identified products for business growth .Project Management Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior
managementTechnical Manpower development.Absorption and Management of New Technology.Continuous Technology up-gradation of the existing processes to retain competitive edge at the global level Optimize use of all resources deployed in manufacturing at site.
Job Challenges

Technology Absorption, Technology Transfer of performance products.

Implement the cost reduction initiatives with minimum resources, safely and in time bound manner.

Generate technical/technological solutions for scale-up of prototype plant to mega scale plant with the help of research institutes.

Develop and successfully commercialize the identified products within stipulated time and budget.

Develop vibrant technical manpower & retain them for longer period.
