Coil Tubing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Oversee daily operations and ensure safe, efficient, and timely service delivery.
Plan and execute projects, ensuring proper resource allocation, materials, and readiness.
Monitor performance, prepare reports, and improve processes in line with KPIs and compliance requirements.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and organizational policies; conduct site visits and investigate incidents.
Coordinate with maintenance to ensure equipment compliance and accurate records (ERM & MPRO).
Manage inventory of spare parts and chemicals, including forecasting and stock control to avoid operational disruptions.
Control operational expenses and manage third-party services in line with financial and procurement guidelines.
Lead and supervise staff, including timesheet approval, recruitment support, and performance management.
Ensure team competency through training, coaching, and development programs aligned with HR standards.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or any related field.
8 (Eight) years of experience.
