The ideal candidate should have strong experience in vendor management, high-rise structures, and diverse civil construction activities, along with end-to-end project execution capabilities including planning, estimation, scheduling, and team leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage civil and MEP project planning, execution, and delivery.Oversee construction activities including structural works, HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire protection systems.Manage project budgets, schedules, manpower, and resources efficiently.Develop project execution plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.Supervise BOQs, estimation, tenders, and contract documentation.Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers.Manage vendor performance and procurement activities effectively.Monitor site progress through inspections, reporting, and coordination meetings.Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and regulations.Handle billing, IPCs, and project financial tracking.Resolve technical, commercial, and coordination issues across civil and MEP scopes.Lead and guide multidisciplinary teams (civil, electrical, mechanical).Oversee execution of high-rise structures and major civil construction activities.Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and project handover.Required Skills & Qualifications6 to 8+ years of experience in Civil & MEP project management.Strong experience in vendor management, high-rise building projects, and civil construction works.Strong knowledge of structural works, HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing.Expertise in estimation, planning, cost control, and contract management.Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera, and MS Office.Strong vendor management and subcontractor coordination skills.Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Strong communication and client-handling skills.
