Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesProvide L2 support for escalated network incidents from L1 teams.Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.Manage VLANs, WAN links, and SD-WAN deployments.Implement and monitor network security policies (firewalls, IPsec tunnels, VPNs).Conduct network performance analysis and optimize bandwidth usage.Document configurations, incidents, and resolutions; maintain updated network topology diagrams.Collaborate with L3 engineers on complex projects and escalations.
