<p>Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor</p>
<p>Primary Function:&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p>The Senior Quantity Surveyor (Sr. QS) will be responsible for managing all cost and contractual aspects of the aquaculture construction project, particularly within the modules area. The role ensures effective cost control, contract administration, valuation of works, and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle. The position requires experience in large-scale civil construction projects, preferably within aquaculture, marine, or infrastructure developments.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<p>1. Cost Planning &amp; Budget Control.</p>
<p>2. Contract Administration.</p>
<p>3. Valuation &amp; Payment Certification.</p>
<p>4. Procurement Support.</p>
<p>5. Risk &amp; Commercial Management.</p>
<p>6. Reporting.</p>

<p>Academic Qualifications:</p>
<p>- Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.</p>
<p>Experience:&nbsp;</p>
<p>- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in construction cost management.</p>
<p>- Experience in large-scale civil or aquaculture infrastructure projects preferred.</p>
<p>- Strong knowledge of FIDIC or similar contract forms.</p>
<p>- Professional certification (RICS or equivalent) is an advantage.</p>
