With a strong commitment to quality, operational excellence, sustainability, and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards, the company has established itself as a trusted partner in the plastics industry.The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in plastic manufacturing or industrial products to lead sales growth and strengthen customer relationships across Oman and the GCC. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business development, key account management, and achieving sales targets within the manufacturing sector.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Conduct regular customer visits and provide technical and commercial support.Participate in exhibitions, industry events, and networking activities to promote the company's products.Required Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.Minimum 10 years of sales experience, with significant exposure to plastic manufacturing, packaging, industrial products, or building materials.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.Strong commercial acumen and customer relationship management skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
