The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a proven track record of managing high-volume retail environments and delivering exceptional financial results.Core ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations of a large-format hypermarket.Drive sales to meet/exceed monthly turnover targets of 500,000 OMR.Manage P&L, including labor costs, shrinkage, and operational expenses.Lead and mentor a diverse team of department managers and staff.Ensure world-class standards in merchandising, stock availability, and customer service.Maintain strict compliance with Oman’s regulatory and health/safety requirements.
