This document defines the minimum and preferred recruitment requirements for hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer responsible for electrical engineering governance, grid integration, construction support, commissioning and operational readiness of utility-scale renewable energy projects, including Wind, Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).The role applies to large-scale projects (typically >200 MW) and is intended for positions acting as Owner, Owner’s Engineer or Electrical Technical AuthorityAct as electrical technical authority for Wind, Solar PV and BESS projects.➢ Define, maintain and enforce Owner electrical standards, design criteria and design philosophies.➢ Review, challenge and approve EPC and OEM electrical designs, studies, specifications and calculations.➢ Oversee MV and HV electrical systems, including substations, transformers, switchgear and export systems.➢ Lead grid connection activities, including grid code compliance and coordination with utilities and TSOs.➢ Manage electrical interfaces between Wind, Solar PV, BESS, substations, transmission lines and SCADA systems.Support procurement activities, including technical evaluation of electrical equipment and suppliers.Support construction, commissioning, testing, energization and achievement of Commercial Operation Date (COD).Provide electrical input to contractual, commercial and technical risk management discussions.Substation design with demonstrated experience in the design of high-voltage substations up to 400 kV or above included works on site for the construction..Support Operation & Maintenance (O&M) and Asset Management teams post-COD, including failure analysis and performance optimizationRequirements Minimum 15 years of professional experience in electrical engineering within power generation or renewable energy projects.7–10 years of direct experience in one of this technologies Wind, Solar PV and BESS projects.Proven experience on projects above 200 MW, standalone or hybrid.Experience working under EPC, multi-contract or Owner-managed delivery models.Experience working with utilities, IPPs, EPC contractors, OEMs or engineering consultants.Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering .English proficiency B2–C1 .Technology-Specific ExperienceCandidates should demonstrate strong experience in at least one technology;
