START UP OPERATIONS MANAGER (LNG / Oil & Gas) Experienced
Commissioning & Start-Up Engineer with 15+ years in the Oil & Gas
industry, including extensive involvement in large onshore and LNG
projects and 5+ years in similar roles.Responsible
for leading and coordinating all phases of commissioning and start-up,
including preparation, execution, and initial operation. Key duties include
reviewing and developing commissioning and start-up procedures, ensuring
alignment with engineering requirements, vendor recommendations, and overall
commissioning sequences. Acts as a focal point between contractors, vendors,
and internal teams to ensure clear interfaces and smooth execution.During
execution, supports pre-start-up activities, planning, risk assessments, and
system readiness by defining parameters, temporary requirements, and initial
system conditions. Monitors progress against priorities, ensures all
documentation is approved, and promptly addresses any issues impacting
start-up.Also
supports the plant stabilization and optimization phase, working closely
with Operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant performance.
