Energy & Utilities Manufacturing & Production Renewable Energy Manufacturing Operations
Opportunity Summary:
Mawarid Turbine Limited SPC, together with its global technology partner, launched a Workforce Development & Hiring Initiative to empower Omani youth and accelerate the localization of the wind-energy manufacturing sector in Oman.
Selected candidates will enter a fully sponsored, structured training and assessment pathway delivered by an international training provider. The program will combine education and practical instruction in Oman with international experience in China, where required, for hands-on manufacturing exposure in wind turbine blade production, nacelle assembly, and hub assembly.
This initiative is more than a training program; it is a gateway to building a career in one of the world’s fastest-growing renewable energy industries. Only candidates who successfully complete all training stages and pass the required technical, safety, quality, and competency assessments may be offered employment. The first training cohorts are expected to begin no earlier than November 2026.
Job Summary:
As a Renewable Energy Technician, you will support the production of wind turbine blades and the mechanical and electrical assembly of nacelle and hub systems. This entry-level role provides hands-on experience in composite manufacturing, structural assembly, mechanical integration, electrical installation, process control, and quality-controlled production processes.
Trainees will work under the supervision of engineers, trainers, and senior technicians to ensure that all production activities meet strict quality, safety, documentation, and performance standards. The program is designed to develop practical manufacturing competencies required for future employment in wind turbine component production.
