Teaching Assistant (Artificial Intelligence)

Job Overview:
The College of Engineering at the University of Buraimi invites applications for a full-time position at the rank of Teaching Assistant in Artificial Intelligence. We are seeking an innovative, research-driven individual with a strong background in information and communication systems, networks, and emerging technologies relevant to the field.
The successful candidate will contribute to advancing the college’s teaching and research missions and be actively involved in curriculum development, student supervision, and collaborative research.
Responsibilities and Duties:
 Support teaching at undergraduate level courses in Artificial Intelligence.
 Engage in scholarly research and publications in Artificial Intelligence.
 Advise students on academic and career goals.
 Collaborate with other faculty members and staff to develop new programs and initiatives.
 Provide service to the department, college, university, and profession.
 Perform other duties as assigned by the program chair or the College Dean.

General Requirements:
 A BSc or BEng degree in Information and Communication Engineering or a closely related field from a recognized university and an IELTS score of 6.0. (Omanis Only)
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 Strong organizational and time management skills
 Knowledge of accreditation standards and requirements
 Knowledge of student development theory and best practices in higher education.
 Experience in the field or industry related to the department or program.

المتطلبات العامة:
