Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise the maintenance and repair of vessels and boats.Carry out mechanical troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and corrective maintenance.Plan and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.Supervise marine workshop activities and maintenance teams.Coordinate with technicians, mechanics, suppliers, and service contractors.Inspect marine engines, pumps, gearboxes, compressors, piping, and other mechanical systems.Ensure vessels and marine equipment remain operational, safe, and well maintained.Maintain proper service records, maintenance reports, and documentation.Ensure maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and within the required timeframe.
