Job Title: CI-CD / Sr. DevOPS Consultant

Overall Accountability: Overall 10 plus years of experience in Release Management which includes DevOps with expertise in with Configuration Management, Build, Release Management, Linux Administration, Continuous Integration, Configuration management, Automation, Monitoring, and Tooling. Broad practical knowledge of numerous CI/CD technologies.

Principal Accountabilities:
• Experienced in leading and managing Release Management activities including Deployment using DevOps, Deployment Automation, Configuration Management and Automation.
• Multiple years of hands on experience in administration and configuration of argosCD, XL/digital.ai Deploy and XL/digital.ai Release Tool.
• Multiple years of hands on experience in administration and automation of container based deployments in Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Experience in writing playbook / cookbooks/run books for application deployment.
• Designed end to end automation of infrastructure and continuous delivery of the applications by integrating and automating with python/jython scripts, UNIX Shell scripting, Jenkins, Helm Chart, GitLAB and Sonartype Nexus.
• Hands-on Experience of the J2EE Framework and its components as related to Java build, test, deployment and release management initiatives.
• Good Knowledge and extensive working experience in handling GIT Repository.
• Good Knowledge and extensive working experience in handling Sonartype Nexus Repository.
• Good Knowledge and extensive working experience in Helm Charts and Repository.
• Responsible for deploying best SCM processes and procedures in the organization.
• Worked closely with software developers for controls, code integrity, and code conflict resolution.
• Rich experience about Application Infrastructure (servers, load balancers, web application firewalls).
• Ability to handle multiple and moderately sized assignments simultaneously.
• Must have strong analytical, problem solving, communication, project management, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, intuitive, leadership skills with ability to work efficiently in both independent and team work environments.
