Security

The Warehouse Security Guard is responsible for protecting the company’s warehouse, assets, equipment, employees, and visitors by monitoring access points, maintaining site security, enforcing safety procedures, and reporting any suspicious activities or incidents promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
Security & Monitoring:

Monitor warehouse entrances and exits to control access and ensure site security.
Inspect visitors, vehicles, and deliveries when required according to company procedures.
Monitor CCTV systems and report any suspicious activity immediately.
Conduct regular patrols inside and around the warehouse premises.
Ensure gates, doors, and restricted areas are properly secured.

Safety & Compliance:

Enforce company security and health & safety procedures.
Report accidents, theft, damages, safety hazards, or unusual incidents immediately.
Assist during emergencies such as fire alarms, evacuations, or security incidents.
Ensure employees and visitors comply with warehouse safety regulations.

Records & Reporting:

Maintain accurate logs of visitors, vehicles, and entry/exit activities.
Prepare daily security reports and incident reports when necessary.
Record and report any policy violations or unusual behavior.

Coordination & Support:

Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to maintain a safe working environment.
Cooperate with emergency services or law enforcement authorities if required.
Provide professional assistance and guidance to employees and visitors.

Qualifications & Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in warehouse or security operations is an advantage.
Ability to work shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
Good physical fitness and ability to stand or patrol for extended periods.
Basic communication and reporting skills.
Ability to remain alert and respond effectively during emergencies.
