Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesAl Nab'a Infrastructure LLC, Oman is one of the best and an excellent grade contracting company operating in the Sultanate of Oman focusing on the construction of the residential and commercial building. Our highlighted projects are with the Ministries. Conduct detailed design calculations for MEP systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.Collaborate with architects and other engineers to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into building designs.Prepare and review technical drawings and specifications for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to ensure accuracy and adherence to codes.Perform site surveys and inspections to assess existing conditions and provide insights for system upgrades or installations.Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors during construction to resolve technical issues and ensure timely project delivery.Develop and manage project schedules and budgets for MEP components, ensuring resource allocation aligns with project milestones.Utilize advanced software tools for 3D modeling and simulation of MEP systems, enhancing efficiency and reducing design conflicts.Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards throughout all project phases.Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and technical staff, fostering a collaborative learning environment.Prepare and present project documentation and reports to stakeholders, clearly communicating technical information and project progress.
