Mazar is an early-stage Omani startup building a modern e-commerce and marketplace platform focused on creating a smooth, trustworthy, and user-friendly buying and selling experience. We are currently preparing for launch and looking for a motivated and organized Social Media, Logistics & Customer Service Intern to support the day-to-day operations of the company. Internship Responsibilities The intern will support different areas of the business, including operations, customer support, logistics coordination, administrative tasks, and social media management. Main responsibilities include: Managing and helping run Mazar’s social media accounts professionally (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) Assisting in creating and scheduling posts, captions, and simple marketing content Responding to customer inquiries and supporting customer service operations Communicating and coordinating with logistics and delivery companies regarding orders and operations Supporting administrative and operational tasks assigned by the founder Following up with customers, partners, and trainees when required Helping organize reports, documents, and operational workflows Monitoring social media engagement and suggesting improvements Supporting launch preparation activities and daily business operations Requirements Strong communication skills in Arabic and English Organized, responsible, and willing to learn Basic understanding of social media platforms Comfortable communicating with customers and partners professionally Able to multitask and work in a startup environment Basic computer and administrative skills Internship Type Internship / Training Opportunity Suitable for university students or fresh graduates Opportunity to gain real startup and business operations experience in a growing Omani company
