Senior Project Manager – Procurement, Logistics & Supply Chain (Digitalization Program)-Contract

Lead end-to-end delivery of digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, budget, and business objectives. Coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders to drive successful program execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage full project lifecycle (planning to delivery) across multiple tracks
Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Coordinate stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and business units
Track progress, risks, and performance against targets
Prepare reports, dashboards, and executive updates
Support testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation activities
Ensure change management and business readiness

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (IT, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain)
8+ years overall experience, including 5+ years in project management
Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA or ERP implementations (min. 2 full cycles)
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (SAP Activate preferred)
PMP/PRINCE2 certification required (Agile is a plus)
Experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics is preferred
Oil & Gas experience is an advantage
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
